A challenging project requiring a range of external street furniture across multiple buildings and floors of one of London’s many new residential blocks.

The requirement was for large chunky timber pergola structures with complimentary picnic and seat units with some seat units required to cover vent areas from underground parking areas.

Utilising laminated timbers to create the size required for the pergolas and a finish to ensure whole life requirements were met, units were base plate fixed to allow paving to be completed around each area.
